Sustainability and Transformation Plan

The health and care system across North Central London (NCL) - clinical commissioning groups, local authorities and NHS providers - have worked together to develop an NCL-wide sustainability and transformation plan (STP).

This is being delivered by North London Partners in health and care - a partnership of health and care providers across Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.

North London Partners in health and care is committed to improving the health and care system and realising our vision of North London being a place where no one is left behind.

The STP sets out how local health and care services will transform and become sustainable over the next five years, building and strengthening local relationships and ultimately delivering the Five Year Forward View vision.
