Opportunity to join Camden CCG: Member Relations Manager

Camden CCG is a clinically-led membership organisation made up of 35 member practices, serving residents in a diverse and vibrant borough of London. The CCG’s vision is to work with the people of Camden to achieve the best health for all. The organisation is committed to working closely with our members and local health partners to deliver the best healthcare for everyone in Camden, and great communication and engagement with our local population to understand and meet their needs. A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Member Relations Manager to join our communications and engagement team to support us deliver this.

The Member Relations Manager role (Band 6 AfC) provides an important point of coordination between the CCG and our membership. The role is focused on supporting opportunities for our member general practices to inform CCG plans and Camden services. This activity will include running excellent member meetings, coordinating visits to practices, and developing engaging website and newsletter content. The post holder will also be responsible to ensuring our member engagement links effectively with our patient and public engagement, to provide the CCG with a full picture of our stakeholders’ priorities.

The NHS landscape is evolving rapidly at the moment so an appetite for delivering in changing environments is essential. Forward-thinking, proactive and enthusiastic, you will be able to bring excellent interpersonal skills to the role, along with a professional, calm and efficient manner.

The CCG values its workforce and is committed to being a fair and inclusive employer. We recognise that employees are essential to the provision of high quality healthcare and we are committed to maintaining a working environment that promotes the health and wellbeing of our employees.
