Parent advisory board

Children Young People

Are you a parent living in Camden?

Do you want to influence plans that affect your child’s care?

Do you want to build on your work skills with other parents and professionals?

Camden CCG and the London Borough of Camden have established and support a Parent Advisory Board. This is a forum that meets monthly during term time to discuss plans that affect children and young people, responding to issues raised by the CCG and Camden Council. Since coming together in 2016, the group has already helped to make leaflets and websites more parent-friendly, sat on a panel throughout the procurement of local services and contributed to a range of papers for consideration by various committees and boards.

The group provides a great opportunity to feed into the re-design of services and it ensures that we have a cross representation of parents.

The group meets at Camden CCG, Euston Tower, 14th Floor, Euston Tower, 286 Euston Road, NW1 3DP.

We are always looking to recruit more parents. If you are interested, please get in touch with Sandra Soteriou at Sandra.Soteriou@camden.gov.uk or Martin Emery at martin.emery@nhs.net
